The 2016/17 basketball season is due to commence on Tuesday 11 October 2016, so please register if you would like to play. Teams are available for Adults and Children.

You can register using any of the following methods:

• Download the Registration Form, fill it in and then return it by email (gidgebasketball@gmail.com). Payment can be made via internet transfer (BSB 126547, Account No 01034829).
  
• Attend the registration day: Monday 22 August 2016, 3.30pm ? 6pm, at Percy Cullen Oval, Toodyay Road, Gidgegannup. Payment can be made by cash or cheque on the day. We also accept Kidsport Vouchers for eligible members. Please contact our Registrar for details, or fill out an application form with your local government and submit with your registration form.

Children are placed in teams according to their age as at the 1st July prior to the season starting. This generally fits in with their school year so in most cases they can be in teams with their classmates.

Gidgegannup team jerseys are lent to all players. However, if shirts are damaged, lost or not returned at season end, then the player will be charged the replacement cost of the top.

Players to supply their own navy blue shorts (shorts must not have pockets).

Teams generally train at the Gidgegannup Recreation Centre (Percy Cullen Oval), although some younger teams may train at Gidgegannup Primary School. Coaches will advise when and where your team will train. Please remember all coaches are volunteers. If you would like to be a coach then please contact our registrar.

All Gidgegannup teams play against other teams from surrounding suburbs in the Hills Raiders competition at Mundaring Recreation Ground, Weir Road, Mundaring on either a Tuesday or Friday evening depending upon the age group you are playing in. Hills Raiders charge a $4 entry fee each evening for all players, spectators are free.

8s/u, 10s/u, 12s/u and Mixed Seniors play on Friday evenings.
14s/u, 16s/u, 18s/u and Seniors play on Tuesday evenings.
